Can I return my item if it is not the right part?
Yes. We have a 14-Day Refund Policy.
Can I collect the item from you to save on P&P?
Yes. We offer a contactless collection service at our unit in Northampton. If you would like to arrange collection of the parcel please let us know and we can make arrangements to suit your availability.
Are all of your parts brand new?
No. These are 'used' car parts and have been taken from cars that have been through the breaking process.
What if I can't find the part I need?
If you can't find the part you are looking for please contact us and we can advise if the part is due to be available shortly or whether we can source the part for you.
Do you specialise in particular makes and models?
We have parts from various makes and models in stock. We tend to stock the most common makes and models driven in the UK but we do have parts for some rarer models.
